Q. How do I place an order?
A. Plastic Container Supply uses a standard shopping cart system for online ordering. Throughout the site individual products are associated with an “Add To Cart” button. By default clicking, this button will add 1 of that product to your shopping cart. A real-time tally of your shopping cart contents is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the site. At any time the “My Cart” link will take you to the detailed display of your cart’s current contents. On this screen, you can edit the number of each item in your cart, remove items, or continue to the checkout process. Once you have added all of the items, you would like to purchase to your cart proceed to the checkout process to provide your customer information and finalize the order.
Q. How will my order ship?
A. Once your order has been placed, your order will ship using FedEx Freight Priority. Please see our Shipping Policy page for detailed information.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Once your order has been placed it will be put into queue for processing. The order will be reviewed to determine the proper distribution channels for each of the products on the order. The products will then be made ready for shipment. Depending on which products are ordered this review and processing window can range from 1-5 days and is reflected in the “Lead Time” designation on each product’s detail page. Please be sure to only order products whose Lead Time is commensurate with your needs. Once shipped typical transit times are 2-5 days for final delivery.
Q. How do I know my order is secure?
A. Plastic Container Supply is concerned about the safety and security of our customers’ information. We have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our ordering process is extremely safe and that our customers’ information is secure.
Q. Does Plastic Container Supply store my credit card information?
A. No, Plastic Container Supply does not keep your credit card information in our stored records. Transactions are handled strictly by the credit card companies.
Q. How do I check the status of my online order?
A. You can check the status of tour order by visiting our Order Status page. If you have created an account prior to finalizing your order, you will be able to retrieve all orders associated with your account. Orders placed without an account will be referenced by a combination of billing email address and zip code. For further assistance, please contact our customer service experts.
Q. Does my product have a warranty?
A. Plastic Container Supply warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of shipment by Plastic Container Supply. If within this period any product is proved to be defective, and Plastic Container Supply accepts the product for a return during the limited warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced. All other warranties, expressed or implied are disclaimed.
Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
A. If product arrives damaged, the recipient/buyer should note the extent of the damage on the shipping bill, the recipient/buyer should not sign for the damaged product, and the recipient/buyer should immediately contact Plastic Container Supply. Q. How do I return a product?
A. If the buyer wishes to return a product, the buyer must contact Plastic Container Supply within 14 calendar days from the date the product was received. Q. What types of payment are accepted?
A. Plastic Container Supply accepts payment from the following major credit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q. Will I be charged sales tax?
A. Sales tax is collected for any orders shipped to the state of Ohio. Orders shipped to any other state will not be charged sales tax. If an Ohio buyer is sales tax exempt, a sales tax exempt form must be filed with Plastic Container Supply, in order not to be charged sales tax.
Q. What is HDPE ?
A. HDPE stands for high-density polyethylene. It is a type of industrial plastic used in the manufacture of reusable plastic bulk containers.
